My name is Jeremy. I am the owner and sole proprietor of Low 12 Leather. I'm a small shop near Flint, Michigan creating heirloom-quality belts, collars, leashes, and accessories built to last and made to age beautifully.

Everything is hand-crafted using premium, American-sourced full-grain leather. No imports, no shortcuts, and never “genuine.”

How To Size a Belt,

The most accurate method is to measure a belt you already own that fits well.

  1. Lay the belt flat.
  2. Measure from the fold (where the buckle sits) to the hole you use most.
  3. That measurement in inches is your belt size.
Quick rule of thumb: If you don’t have a belt to measure, start with your waist size + 2 inches (example: 34 inch pants → 36 inch belt). If you’re between sizes, size up.

Tip: how a belt fits can change depending on where you wear it (waist vs. hips) and the thickness of the leather. If you’re unsure, choose the larger size for more adjustment. My belts come with 5 holes standrd.
